A large antique pine secretaire c1900 originally from an old Post Office.

The top section, which has a fully working lock with key, has a drop down front to provide a writing surface and reveals two small drawers to each side and four cubby holes, three across the top one one in between the two sets of drawers. Three of the drawers have a small brass pull handle and the fourth drawer has a lock.

The doors in the bottom section which also have fully working locks with keys have French style external hinges so that the doors open fully wide and open to reveal two shelves inside both the left and right hand cupboards.

Down the left and right hand sides of both sections is some decorative turned carving.

Originally painted and recently stripped, can be purchased in the bare wood for £750 or wax polished for £827.
