A very interesting piece of furniture: an old pine chest of drawers (Circa: 1910) in appearance, but the top (oak fronted) drawer hiding 4 smaller drawers inside, and having a drop down flap - drawer front. This allows the top drawer to be used as a writing surface - turning into a potential writing desk (28” high).
Metal drop handles on all the drawers (which are sliding smoothly), the chest in very nice condition for its age, and sitting on sturdy bun feet.
Currently in bare wood having recently been stripped of its original paint. Can be purchased as it is for £700, or £797 if you’d like it waxed for you.
