On this page you may find items like old pine sleigh beds, cots, cradles, skis, some mirrors etc which do not fit into other categories. We have fairly regular deliveries of old pine sleigh beds, many of them with the classic ‘knob end’ design. All of these beds dismantle into their 4 main sections for delivery, and can be supplied with slats if required.
Made-to-measure mattresses can be found by searching online, but please let us know if you have difficulty finding one suitable, as we have a mattress company we regularly use. The required mattress dimensions will be in the description.
Most beds will be still in bare wood (having recently been stripped of their original paint), and you will see we have priced them available to purchase as they are without slats, or waxed and with slats. If you require the bed in bare wood (or current condition) with slats, please let us know, and we can price accordingly.

A very attractive old pine sleigh bed (Circa: 1900), wax finished, with knobs on the ends, and in very nice condition for its age.
Dismantles into 4 sections for delivery, easy to assemble, and we will also supply the slats for you.
Requires a mattress about 71" x 31" (this is the size of the space for the mattress), a 72" (6ft) x 30" mattress would fit nicely.
